Our new favorite local spot! My friend and I were looking for a place to meet up for breakfast, so we decided to give Good Eats a try. We loved everything! I had the French toast and it was so good that I ate the entire thing, even though the portion was huge. My friend is gluten free and had no trouble at all finding delicious options. I loved our breakfast so much that I went back a few days later for lunch with another friend. Everything was fabulous again and the place was busy! The waitresses did an amazing job of keeping everyone happy though. They were running! This time I got the Ruben and it was awesome. I again managed to finish the entire generous portion. I will definitely be a frequent visitor to this place. There are so many more amazing sounding options on the menu that I need to try! It's important to note that they are only open for breakfast and lunch so check the hours before you head over. So good! You won't be disappointed.

🚨 New Spot Alert! 🚨
I stopped by the brand-new Good Eats in Millstone, NJ, and let me tell you—this place gets it. Open just three weeks, and they’re already serving up feel-good, fresh, and downright delicious eats!
The menu is simple, classic, and exactly what you want when you’re craving a no-fuss, satisfying meal. We went all in on breakfast and tried:
🍳 A ham and cheese omelette—fluffy, cheesy, and cooked to perfection
🥞 The Belly Buster blueberry pancakes—stacked high and bursting with juicy blueberries
🥞 A classic stack of buttermilk pancakes—because sometimes, simple is best
And to top it all off, I sipped on a pistachio cold latte that was smooth, nutty, and just hit the mark!
If you’re in the area, you NEED to check this place out. Good food, good vibes, and a menu that keeps it real. Can’t wait to go back! 🔥🍽️

What stood out most about this breakfast wasn’t just the taste — it was the consistency and care behind every plate. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and clearly made to order. The flavors were clean and well-balanced, not overly greasy or heavy, which made the whole meal feel satisfying without weighing us down.
The textures were on point — fluffy where they should be, crispy where it mattered. Even the sides felt intentional rather than an afterthought. You can tell this place respects breakfast as more than just a routine meal.
The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed, perfect for actually enjoying your food instead of rushing through it. Service was friendly, efficient, and attentive without being intrusive.
Overall, it was one of those breakfasts that sets the tone for the entire day. Quality ingredients, solid execution, and a welcoming environment. Definitely a spot worth returning to.

We came here as we are always looking for a new breakfast spot. They did NOT disappoint. It was a Tuesday morning and the place was empty when we arrived. It looks brand new, sparkling clean, and we were promptly seated.
The coffee was strong, the service was fantastic, and the portions, well, I'll let the photos speak for them (3 out of the 4 in the party took home leftovers!).
The blueberry pancakes were fluffy and packed with HUGE blueberries. The eggs were perfectly cooked. No one in the party saw the bottom of their coffee cup as Purna (spelling is likely off there) was quick with her attentiveness and smile.
By the time we left, 3 or 4 other tables had patrons.
Don't let the sleepy-looking "strip mall" that this is nestled in fool you. This place is a gem and we'll be back!

If you’re looking for a true neighborhood gem, this is it. From the moment we walked into Good Eats Kitchen, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely local. The staff treats you like family — attentive without hovering, friendly without being forced.
The food? Absolutely outstanding. The portions are generous (come hungry), everything tastes fresh, and you can tell there’s real care behind each plate. The pancakes were fluffy and perfectly golden, the omelet was packed with flavor, and even the simple sides were done right. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and actually enjoy the meal.
What really stood out was consistency — quality ingredients, solid execution, and great value for what you get. It’s rare to find a spot that nails comfort food this well while keeping the experience relaxed and enjoyable.

As soon as we walked in they greeted us with smiles. The atmosphere was perfect and we had a great time. Each time we needed something it came out in a timely manner. When the food came out the portion sizes were absolutely tremendous. The most delicious food you'll ever have. A truly tremendous experience! They were very nice. I love the space and the peacefulness in the restaurant. I totally recommend it.

A local gem that you will definitely want to come back to.
I found this place while driving to drop off my daughter for practice in Manalapan. I needed a place to sit and relax while enjoying a simple but delicious breakfast. I found a hidden gem.
The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. They were fast to get us coffee while we looked at the great options. The menu is not overloaded with nonsense and a roadside of food choices. It had all the breakfast and lunch items traditionally ordered. They also offered to customize anything.
We ordered the belly buster to share and an onion omelet. The food was delicious. They have different sausages, not just one. The hash browns are made to order. Mine had peppers and onions and were not oily. The food was all delicious and just what we wanted.
This is the type of place you go to on any given morning for a good wholesome breakfast or lunch with friendly faces to meet you and treat you like friends.
Come check them out before they get too busy and you have to wait an hour to get seated. I guarantee this is going to be a popular local restaurant where you’ll find good food and great people.

Recommended by my professional eater , come for Sunday breakfast 😋 ordered western omelet $12.50, mushrooms omelet $11.50 & 3 PC blueberry pancakes $11.50. Coffee ☕️ $2.95. Like 👍 omelet and potatoes 🥔.
Very clean environment and unisex bathroom. When the guests spilled coffee and food, staffs come out to clean up in seconds 👍😍. Will come back again for lunch.

Just tried Good Eats Kitchen recently and it’s clear the new owners are really elevating this place. The space feels refreshed, the vibe is welcoming, and everything just runs smoother.
The French toast is excellent, easily one of the best breakfast dishes around. The breakfast plates are filling, well made, and exactly what you want when you’re searching for a solid breakfast spot in Millstone. The coffee is on point and also deserves a shoutout, which always matters.
Staff and service were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is very family friendly, the kind of place you’ll want to come back to regularly. Once everything is fully rolled out, this will easily be a go-to breakfast place in the area.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for breakfast near Millstone or a new local favorite!

Absolutely outstanding breakfast experience. From the moment we sat down, everything felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The food arrived fresh, beautifully presented, and cooked exactly right. The flavors were balanced and comforting without being heavy — you can tell real care went into the ingredients and preparation.
The eggs were perfectly done, the portions were generous without being overwhelming, and every bite felt intentional. Even the small details — from the crispness of the toast to the freshness of the fruit — elevated the meal.
Service was attentive without hovering, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and truly enjoy the morning. It’s rare to find a place that nails quality, consistency, and hospitality all at once, but this breakfast absolutely delivered.
We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you want to start your day the right way.
